Is my gold stored safely?

Every gram you buy is backed by physical 24K gold stored in insured, audited vaults with an independent trustee.

What charges apply on a purchase?

3% GST on the metal value plus a platform service charge (with 18% GST). The full breakdown is shown before you pay.

What happens if I cancel my SIP?

Future debits stop and your gold stays in your vault. Cancelling before the minimum tenure attracts an early-exit charge shown upfront.

Why is delivery mandatory above 5 g of gold?

Holdings above the threshold must be delivered physically. If delivery isn't requested within the grace period, daily storage & security charges apply.
